Quality Control
All BPI® Impellers are made from the
finest quality stainless steel for strength and durability. Our
manufacturing facilities have sophisticated numerically controlled
equipment which enables us to precisely cut our impellers to a
tolerance of .001 of an inch.
Perfect Blade Balance
Since the mixing impeller blades are produced from exact computer programs and
fabrication is numerically controlled, balance is virtually perfect.
This prevents vibration at high speeds and under heavy loads.
Balanced Vortex Generation
The unique stepped-hole pattern allows for maximum generation with less
horsepower. This shearing action means superior dispersion in the
shortest possible time. Low heat build-up blades are also available in
this exclusive design.
